Breakout Session & Poster Session Submissions
The Infant Mortality Summit has established itself as the Indiana forum for health care providers, public health professionals, key partners, local health departments, community and faith-based leaders and others to discuss infant mortality and how we can work together to protect our most vulnerable population. The summit strives to provide meaningful education and interaction with respected professionals in the field of infant mortality. To this end, this year’s conference highlights the continued need to building partnerships as ISDH can’t tackle this issue alone. The event will engage a broad audience, identify champions in local communities, provide education to a wide-variety of providers, and develop sustainable plans of action to move Indiana toward a dramatically lower infant mortality rate.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not available for any cancelled registration. You may substitute a colleague to attend in your place. This must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the Summit. Substitutions will not be accepted after 14 days.
